e dùng word 2013 không đọc được file người lhác gửi mà các máy khác vẫn đọc được ầm ầm cùng 1 file đấy là lỗi j` vậy ạ? giúp e khắ phục với!

Make sure there is sufficient free memory and disk space

Làm theo hướng dẫn
File > options > Trust Center > Trust Center settings... > Protected View and uncheck and bỏ chọn the appropriate check box

Hãy chắc chắn cái file doc của bạn không có virus và bỏ chức năng năng block đi

File Block settings
File > options > Trust Center > Trust Center settings... > File Block settings

Ngoài ra bạn có thể sử dụng phươc thức thủ công là chuột phải vào file docx của bạn, properties > Chọn Unblock
